Gift Boxes: To keep our costs low and to reduce waste, we often arrange multiple pieces of jewelry into one gift box. That being said, if you need multiple boxes for your order, please let us know at checkout and we will include them, free of charge.

1 Day Shipping Policy:

All items labeled “1 Day Shipping” are packed and delivered to USPS within one business day of ordering. For example, an item ordered on Monday at 6:00 PM will ship Tuesday midday. An item ordered before 9:00 AM will likely ship same day. If an item is ordered Friday at 11:00 AM, most likely the item will not ship out until Monday midday.

Please note if an order includes multiple items, the slowest shipping applies. If all items are labeled for 1 day shipping, they will all ship within one business day. However, if one of the items in the shipment is labeled for 2-4 weeks, all items will ship in 2-4 weeks. If you need one item faster than another, please purchase items separately.

Special Request Policy:

To keep costs low and to ensure timely delivery of product special requests made at checkout will be accepted depending on availability. This includes special requests on gemstone size, color, shapes, and textures. If the special request is not available, you will receive a product that falls within the product description above.

The same policy applies to exchanges. Exchanges will always be accepted for incorrect sizing, however, exchange requests for specific colors, shapes, sizes, and textures will only be made if available. Due to the unique nature and unpredictability of our one-of-a-kind products, specific style requests may be impossible to make or even recreate.
