This rough amethyst features deep violet hues accented by Silver, 24k yellow gold, or Rose Gold. This raw gemstone ring also exhibits complex and interesting electroforming texture around the edges of the gemstone. This ring stacks well with other gold rings. A great gift for February birthdays, as Amethyst is the birthstone for February!

Unlike other popular amethyst rings on Etsy, these quality rings have a shank made with pure 14k gold fill or sterling silver, not copper. The ring is also plated with a very thick layer of 24k gold, much thicker than typical gold plating. I often refer to this process as “gold dipping”. Copper is a less precious metal than 14k gold fill and sterling silver, known to turn your finger green and to tarnish very quickly under normal conditions. The silver or gold fill shank on this amethyst ring will not cause discoloration on your skin.

That being said, to attach the gemstone to the ring shank, a very small amount of copper is needed, although little to none of this metal touches your skin. Discoloration is highly unlikely with how much 14k gold fill and sterling silver is used in my rings.

You will receive one of the rings pictured above, or a ring nearly identical to the rings above. Since each amethyst is one-of-a-kind, I cannot guarantee that the gemstone you see above will be on a ring shank in your size. The color varies from pale lavender to a deep violet. If you have a preference, please let me know in the notes at checkout. :) The rings above, and your ring, will also show color differently at each angle, so what may photograph bright violet, may vary from lavender to deep purple depending on the angle. In my humble opinion, the varying colors makes these gemstones even more special.

A raw emerald earring stud set with a petite textured bezel. These rough emeralds are tumble polished, and complemented with a textured setting around the edges of the raw gemstone. This earring stacks well with other earrings with multiple piercings. These earrings have been dipped in real 24k gold.

The earring wire is made entirely with pure 14k gold fill, which has been plated with a very thick layer 24k gold. Unlike other electroforming artists, I use 14k gold fill instead of copper on my ring shanks, chains, and earring mechanisms. Copper is a less precious metal than 14k gold fill, known to turn your skin green and to tarnish very quickly under normal circumstances.

You will receive one of the sets in the photo, or an earring set almost identical to what is shown in the photographs. Since natural one of a kind gemstones are being used, each pair will be ever so slightly different. Please note this grade of emerald varies in color intensity, and also has natural inclusions, some of which are white and some of which are reddish brown. Each pair is not identical, as each individual emerald is one-of-a-kind.

These rings are handcrafted using a bronze Japanese One Sen Coin. Issued from 1916 -1938 they feature a beautiful vine and cherry blossom design that will be on the outside of the ring. The inside of the ring features the date and issuing authority in Japanese script. You can see the coin these are made from in the first photo.

Each ring has a burgundy nanoceramic coating applied to the inside and outside of the ring. I then remove a portion of the coating from the outside to highlight the beauty of the coin. Finally I coat the ring in a clear ceramic. Bronze has enough copper in it that untreated metal can be reactive to skin, so I have chosen to apply the nano ceramic on the ring in a way that will prevent the the possibility of harmless “green finger.” The nanoceramic will wear off over time, however I offer free replating of the ring as needed just pay postage.

I offer Size 4-10 for this ring, if you would like smaller size or a larger size please send me message so that we can get you your perfect ring. Smaller rings will be more rounded and larger rings will be more straight sided and the details a bit more stretched. The rings in the photos are size 6-8

A raw opal cluster earring stud set with a petite textured bezel. These rough opal earrings are tumble polished, and complemented with a textured setting around the edges of the raw gemstone. This earring stacks well with other earrings with multiple piercings. These ear studs have been dipped in REAL 24k gold.

The earring post and back are made entirely with pure 14k gold fill, which has been plated with a very thick layer 24k gold. Unlike other electroforming artists, I use 14k gold fill instead of copper on my ring shanks, chains, and earring mechanisms. Copper is a less precious metal than 14k gold fill, known to turn your skin green and to tarnish very quickly under normal circumstances.



You will receive one of the sets in the photo, or an earring set almost identical to what is shown in the photographs. Since natural one of a kind gemstones are being used, each pair will be ever so slightly different. Please note this grade of opal varies in color intensity, and also has natural inclusions, some of which are white and some of which are gray. The hue varies from white, green, blue, violet, and pink, and some may exhibit multiple colors, including rare flashes of red. Each pair of earrings is not identically matched, as each individual opal is one-of-a-kind.
